• Planning / Discussion meeting before the wedding at a pre –  determined venue
• Pre – wedding photo session at desired / pre – arranged venue. NB! This session may be effected on a day and at a time other than the actual wedding.This session may also take the form of a Trash the Dress shoot.
• 12 hour photography package on the wedding day
• High Resolution CD / DVD of the event, containing 400 photographs with a personalised printed label
• An A3 – size  40 page printed Espresso Style photographic coffee table book

Before the ceremony

q  (If required) bride waking up, having tea, etc.

q  bridegroom, getting ready (shaving / dressing, etc.)

q  (bride applying nail polish / lipstick / having her hair done / putting on make – up

q  bride changing into (given that both she and those around her feel comfortable with her being photographed then) her wedding dress

• Planning meeting before the wedding
• 5 hour photography package on the wedding day

GENERAL

1.             A non – refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is payable on acceptance of the quote.

2.             Balance of fee payable on or before the day of the wedding.

3.             The photographer reserves the right to use any of the photographs taken by him during commissions for the updating of his website and / or the advancement of his photographic career.

4.             At the Reception a seat at the one of the tables should be reserved for the photographer.

5.             Should the wedding take place at a venue more than 200 km from the photographer’s domicile, overnight accommodation is required for the photographer.

6.             Unless a different arrangement was agreed upon prior to the day by both the photographer and the client, travelling expenses of R3,00 / km will apply should the wedding take place more than 220 km from the  photographer’s domicile.
